New family visa thresholds

Hello

Hope your evenings are going well. Does anyone know whether the new £38k spouse visa threshold and IHS will apply to those currently on the spouse visa route?

Specifically my husband will be due his ILR in 2025 so will it be the old £18k rule or new £38k?

Or… Has this level of detail not been announced yet?
