Spouse Visa Accomodoation advise

Can anyone confirm how much is the total fees for spouse visa including IHS surcharge.

Some saying 3600 some paid 4200

please advise.

so for spouse applying from outside UK

£1,846
£1,872 if you’re staying for 2 years and 9 months

Total = 3718 GBP

When you fill the form, the system would tell you how much to pay. Guess it would be clearer at that time.

Hi All,

Just want to share and advise who are worry for accommodation query.

All the solicitors offline/online do says " you should submit tenancy agreement + landlord letter + house report where you PRESENTLY living"

Well I took future date Tenancy contract and letter from my friend (Landlord) and that's it and finally I got my spouse visa successful.

I applied 1st Feb 2024 and my tenancy start 1st March 2024 .
