Appeal on children's refusal visa

Dear all.
I'm writing this on behave of a fried to ask advice if this a possible.
She is dependant of her refugee husband. Children she have back home is not we him , they have applied to have them which was refused. They logged appeal about the decision but now because the relationship no working so good now , the husband have decided not to continue with the case. The appeal date have not been received . What do now? Did she just have to widraw. Please help, they have one kids here together.

It's best you post the text of the refusal letter (without any personal details) so that perhaps someone here may be able to give an opinion. Ideally your friend should register here.

As a general immigration rules, a dependent can't sponsor their own dependents.

So, if the main applicant (in this case, the refugee husband) does not support the application, it will almost certainly fail.
