My husbands appeal went back to post for the appeal on the 28th of april and the AIT have advised all parties should file papers before the 25th september, if decision is not overturned!!

When will post let us know what there decision is??

I know that some people have said two months, however nothing has materialised.

Does anyone know how i can find out anything, in the past i have emailed and phoned and no joy, all in all a waste of time!!!

I would have thought if you have not heard by now, then you can accept it that that the ECM has reviewed your appeal notice and he is not prepared to to overturn it.

It most likely go to a full hearing which AIT will try and fix now. The BHC has till 25/9 to get the bundle of papers to AIT and yourself so you can get legal advice before the hearing which will happen shortly after this date.

Pretoria in south africa are dealing with it!!!

would they me any information over the e-mail as before the appeal when i used to e-mail them they were very evasive and just kept saying we are doing further checks, bla, bla, bla!!

i am really stressed out and this is now affecting my health and one of my childrens, its madness here.

i just dont know what to do anymore!, its literally killing me!

How soon after the 25th Sept will they make a date?? Have you any idea?
