Would you care to explain how you got this?. How long did you have to wait after been refused?

This might be of interest to others

The application was refused in April, handed the appeal back in for the 28th April.

Since I have just left things, however my health has got worse and also one of the childrens emotional well being has become a matter of urgency and the only way it will be sorted is when she is reunited with her father.

From sending the letter to getting the answer it took 9 days.

I did not know anything about expedite request until i asked the solicitor if there was anything i could do in this siuation.

That is good because normally it takes 6 months to get a hearing.

I hope you suceed with your appeal and are united with your loved ones soon.

Good luck
