further leave to remain

Hi, can some one please advise us about further leave to remain. My wife is coming to the end of her 2 year spouse entry visa. I'm in the process of filling in the form however we a couple of problems. 1. We do not have a marriage / civil partnership certificate, All we had for the orginal visa application was a letter from the sikh temple (in India) written in punjabi that our marriage took place that was translated by the then temple custodian into english however that english translation has since been lost and we are now just left with a punjabi one.It seems that the old boy who signed this has passed away and the new people are unwilling to issue a new translated version. 2. The form asks us for our original divorce documents (we were both previously married ) I have a certified copy from a UK court but my wife only has a photocopy and the original has been lost. again this is an Indian document and we know its going to be almost immposible to get a certified copy from India. any help is appreciated. thanks

Are you applying for your wifes indefinite leave to remain?.

If you are,then I dont think you need to send your marriage certificate.(but I would double check) therefore you dont need to worry.

Is the marriage certificate a standard form used in all of India, if so I am sure you will be able to translate into English. You dont need anyone signatures on it if it is translated.

Hi, No Its for the extension to her visa or further leave to remain.
