Advice needed please.

hello everyone.
My husband entered UK in 2000 and over stayed his tourist visa till now.
I met him few years ago and after a while we decided to get married.
We applied for the COA then we got married in the town hall and got our certificate of marriage.
Meanwhile I got pregnant and now we have a baby of 6 months.
Our next step is to fill up the FLR “mâ€

You won't be able to apply for FLR(M) as he has no valid visa. The best option and quickest would be for him to return to his home country and apply for a spouse visa to re-enter on form VAF4a. He should be honest in the application about his overstay. You don't have to be working as long as you can show that you can support your husband financially. He's obviously working illegally, but hopefully not on a false name or documents? You do realise that your marriage hasn't legalised his status in the UK?
