I grew up her, came over when i was 10 & now am turning 21 in 14days. I am currently being treated with brain hermorage & it takes up to 3yearz to find out if the treatment i recieved has taken any affect.

My passport expired in 2005 and i have over satyed my welcome. I tried to apply for a new zimbabwean passport but they telling me i need go back & apply from there because i grew up here. If i go back i will get lost and have no family there, I wouldn't know where to start. I am currently studying business & after i finish i cannot go any further because of my stay here.

I don't know what to do, Help me please...

Have you sought legal advice on applying for Discretionary Leave?

Perhaps ILR might be appropriate, depending on circumstance.

If impossible, then Discretionary Leave.

What was your status in the UK, before your Leave expired?

Was you case an asylum one, which falls under the old system, then ILR through (Legacy case) might be an option.
