Need Help With A Complicated Issue

I have a Tier 5 visa, i leave on monday 7 September.

I am currently married but will be filing for divorce in the UK.

I have met someone who i am now going to the UK to be with.

Tier 5 visa was chosen by me so we could build 2 years of relationship together to satisfy the requirements for either Fiance or Spousal or even Unmarried Partner visa.

We have been chatting and phoning every night for 4 hours to each other for the last 7 months.

I have recently been to the UK on holiday to see her and everything went fantastic so i am now going to do a 2 year working visa so that we can see how we go.

My questions are.

What visa would you go with in this situation.

How would you go about it if you were on a tier 5 visa.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because we are a genuine couple and really would have a lot on the line.
