Hi friends

i got my COA yesterday. I applied on 21st August and got it on 1st Oct ..now i am planning to get married.

I need to give notice and its going to take about another 2 to 4 weeks..
and than i'll apply as EEA2 applicant..

I have checked many posts and normally HO takes 8 months to more than a year for processing EEA2 application.

Is there any fast track process?

secondly my fiance(e) will complete her 5 years officially (Shes bin here for about seven years but dont have any proof to prove it as we had no docoments for first 2 years) in june 2010 and then we can apply for her permanant residence and i think this will help me apply for a FLR(M) applicant.

Correct me if i am wrong here

I am currently working but my job is not secure what if i loose my job (Which i think i will) when can i get my passport back as i already got visa till the end of 2010 as a student.
I dont mind the application taking long but any possiability i can get my passport in few months.

No "Fastrack" for EEA2, I'm afraid. You'll just have to join the queue like everyone else!

After you've made the EEA2 application and sent it off, you can request for your passport back, while the application is being processed. They will ask for you to resend it when your application lands on a caseworker's desk.
