hi i come to uk on 20 dec 2008 on spouce visa after 3 months we started living seperate due to some personal surcumstances and my wife demanded divorce that i given to her
my quistion is can i apply for stay here on the basis of my child that my wife left to me and he is from my british wife and if answer is yes for what stay i can apply like ilr or extension thanks
plz let me know if im saying anything incorrect
