Online application submitted twice due to mistakes-urgent

A spouse visa was sumbitted online and an appointment was made. However, some mistakes were discovered and the appointment was cancelled. Instead a new application was submitted online and a new appointment was made. I am very worried what happens with the old application which is still active online. Does it get deleted. Do the embassy have access to it, do they look at it?

Any help is greatly appceciated.
