Entry Clearance

My Fiancé received his fiancé visa on Thursday and flying back to the UK tomorrow (18th Aug) He had a medical done - just in case- is there anyway they can refuse his entry clearance.

are we worrying about nothing??

Visa Collected and Visa ISSUED 12/08/2010
Applied for Fiancé Visa on 04/05/2010

It is normal practice to give entry to those people who have a visa stamped in their passport but if the ECO has reason to belive that entry is not lawful then they can refuse
