Fiancee visa application, does sponsor need to supply photo

Fiancee visa application, does sponsor need to supply photo

On the application document check list, it says All Applicants, 1 passport sized photo. Is this only the (in my case the Fiancee) person applying for the visa needs to supply the photo only, or the sponsor as well?

Is the Sponsor a applicant too?
