Hello Iam new to this forum can anyone help me please : :?: I am a british citizen. Last year in May 2010I got married tomy husband in Pakistan. I have been married before and divorced in 1981. I was separated frommy husband for 3 years before we got divorced.. in january 1989 I met my second husband. As I was not divorced from my first husband we could not get offically married. So we had a nikah with a molwi but did nothave any nikah papers. I had two children from him 1st one born in December 1981 second born inJune 1991 in June 1991 my husband got married in registerar with another woman. in 1994 I had another child and in Decmber 1994 I left my husband he pronouced 3 talaks and the marriage ended. In May 2010I gotmarried again in Pakistan and in October applied formy husbands spouse visa. he was refused on the following grounds

Yopu have statedthat your sponsor hasbeen previouosly married. However you have failedto provide a valid divorce certificate as evidence. that yoursposnsor has undertakena valid divorce recognised under the United Kingdom Law. On thisbasis you have failed to provide satisfactory evidence thatyouand your sponsorhave contracted a validmarriage etc.

Please can someone help. :( :cry: me
