Children over 21 - Join to Family

Post by mrharry » Sat Feb 12, 2011 8:30 am

Hi All!

There is one question . Can Children in the age of 21 to enter the UK to be reunited with their parents and sponsoring parents are not required to have sufficient funds to provide shelter and maintenance for their children without financial assistance from the state?

Many thanks.

As they are now adults - they would have to apply for visas in their own right - they cannot be considered dependants of their parents.

So you want to be looking at tier 4, tier 1 or tier 2 probably.
