Deception on PSW last year ?

Hi ,
after got the psw visa two year from HO but after one year they curtail/revoke in 2009.

but visa stamp was there for two year.

but applicant back to home country voluntarily with out public fund.

Now question is. Applicant is going to married with british.

1-is spouse visa will be refuse
2-is 1,5 or 10 year ban will impose
3-is on spouse visa bases they forgive on old deception.
some say different ,some say different.applicant are confused.
if home office allow then go for marriage other wise very difficult for both.
Letter say future application will no refused under paragraph 320(7B)
spouse,fiancee,parent etc.
is Embassy give the visa straight way or make harder and lenghty.

So home office very clever even 320(7b),320(7c) they still have power
to reject applicant under paragraph 320(11).they just play gimmick people go back home country and apply there.and then no care

Yes if you have used deception in the past then they could refuse you under 320(11). However whereas 320(7B) is a mandatory ground for refusal (i.e. the ECO has to refuse you), 320(11) is a discretionary ground and there also have to be 'aggravating circumstances', so it depends on the extent of your past deception.

Why excatly did they curtail your visa?

i think during random check by HO.
college record did not verify,HO send appeal letter but did not received on time,so late appeal rejected and left UK.

so 320(11) big problem,

is good solicitor could solved before submit application.

I don't mean how did they find out, I mean why was your visa curtailed - what deception did you use?
