Hi, we want to apply for COA for marriage but my fiance has got Indefinite Leave to remain on a Letter, basically it is an immigration status document in which HO stick Indefinite sticker on it, same like they depict Indefinite sticker on passport, now our situation is, my fiance applied for a travel document 14 weeks ago nearly 4 months now, but we still haven't received yet, when my fiance received Indefinite on a Letter, we were thinking to apply for COA but then we were told to apply for my fiance travel document first and then we can send our passports for COA, now what shall we do??? without my fiance travel document we can't apply for COA but we don't even know how long does it take to received my fiance travel document /passport from the HO? if anyone can give us some advice??
