Spouse Visa to ILR SET(M)

Can any one give me suggestion

i currently hold a spouse visa and and i am going to apply SET(M)

May any one suggest the following materials enough to make application?

Letters spread over last 2-yrs
Bank Statement (separate name)
Electricity and Gas Bill (joint name,online bill but with direct debit shown in husband account)
NHS Card
Car insurance (in both name)
Council Tax Bill (joint name)
Virgin Media (my name,online bill with direct debit show in my a/c)
Water Bill

We live with husband's family in the first year, so we just have bank statment and electricity bills in the previous address

I started work since Dec 2010 in the same take away shop with my husband. I earn 130net (C/Q payment) and my husband earns 230net(C/Q payment) weekly.
The take away shop was owned by husband's brother in 2010, but in 2011 it is owned by his nephew lived together with us in 2010(my preivous address)
Now my house mortgate payment is 370 per month.

We just have around 4000 pounds saving
Is our financial sounds ok?
Do I need to get confirmation of my work form previous and currently owner of my workplace?
My husband last year P60 just show around 400 pounds earning per week. Is it better just show current 3 months pay slips?

I passed by the time i make the spouse visa application 2 years ago.

Do the above materials enough to make my applicaition?
Please help!
