Post by sarahassy » Wed Jul 27, 2011 4:23 pm

Hello,i discussed my case with my solicitor, and she advised me that my case is more stronger if i seek asylum, because,
my child's father has been away for ayr so Article 8 is really week in my case.
Though he has been away for that long but he has been asociating with him through skype and economically looking after him.
since he came back last month, he comes three times aweek to see him and they spend some time together.
-please what can i do as iam not ready to seek asylum
