some questions regarding spouse visa

Post by b_queen » Thu Sep 15, 2011 9:44 pm

hi there...my husband is going to send his flr(m) application form in couple of days..but there are some questions which we have in mind and hopefully will able to clearly state them here and get some helpful answers from u guyz.

Our questions are:

1. My 3 months payslips are ready to go with the form. i heard that 3 months of work payslips will be fine. but now i hear some poeple saying i need to show 6 months payslip. which is right?

2. there is one section in the flr(m) form where it says my husband has to state if he has done any biometrics taken previously and also state the date and place. he did do two of them. he remembers one of the date but can't remember the other date but remembers the months. is it possible to just put in the month?...or he will have to write the date aswell?

3. we have our tenancy agreement form ready to go with the form. but the agreement form doesn't say anything to write about the council tax. do we have to write something about the council tax seperately?...(our landlord pays our council tax)???

4. which one will be good?...send the application by post or go straight?...do me?his wife HAVE to go with him?

5. if we go straight are they gonna ask any questions to us?

l0l...quite a lot of questions there..hopefully iv been able to explain what i meant. hope to get some helpful answers. thanks :)
