HELP NEEDED- ILR for Spouse with SET F

Post by BestA » Wed Oct 19, 2011 6:54 pm

Hi,
My husband has ILR. We have been living together for 6 years and have been married for 1,5 years. I am in UK with a student visa.
I contacted Home Office and they stated that I should apply with SET F form as I do not qualify for SET M (as I do not have a spouse visa).
However, SET F form states that my husband should support me and I should not have enough funds. But I do have enough money to look after myself in my UK bank account. Will this cause a problem?

Any help is appreciated! thanks

SET(F) is for children or for other dependant family (parents and relatives rather than spouses/partners). You need to apply with FLR(M)
