Hi everyone, doesanyone know if my spouse visa has been refused and i have appealed, in the meantime can i apply as a family visitor if my wife is ill..

There is nothing to stop you applying but it's very unlikely to be a successful application.

Thanks Luca, if i type my spouse visa refusal can u advise me if i make a fresh application or wait for appeal?

Typing the refusal may help but I don't see how anyone could advise anything without knowing your circumstances, your history etc
