I have recently been granted my permanet residence card. I applied to bring my 17 years old daughter who I have not seen for 9 years though I have been resonsible for her financially. She was refused her visa because I have not travelled to see her all this while. I provided evidence of my financial support and the fact that she has lived with 7 different families since I left her. I also gave details of my employment including that of my present husband. details of my accommodation and explanation that I could not see her due to my lengthy immigration battle. Please could anyone give me some advise on how to approach the appeal, which case law to use to back my appeal.
PS. I won my last appeal to get my Residence Card using mainly the advise from the Board. I did not have to use a Solicitor. Thanks to all those who contributed with their advice,
