Work situation ans spouse visa

Hi all,

I am applying for spouse visa and i am working 20 Hrs per week(student visa) for barclay Bank.

I have very good chances of getting full time work as i have discussed Recruitment team that i can apply for full time work (if visa is granted) and i dont need to go through whole recruitment prosedure, just need to inform my team leader. They hire people every month. But Barclay is not issuing any letter of confirmation that People working part time in barclay can be considered for full time work on their request.

So how should i handle this situation and explian to Home office that i have good chances to get full time work?

Any idea will be helpful.
