Hi

Could someone advise me on the following. I am about to marry my partner in Barbados - I am a British Citizen. We currently live in Barbados but would live between England and Barbados. What rights do we have to take my Partners 2 children(aged 15 and 12) to live with us in england when we are there? Would they also be able to study there?

Is there another parent of these children, and if so, what rights does he or she have under Barbados law to prevent the children leaving?
