The sponsor was married before and you did not send divorce certaficte
(I DID SEND IT ORIGINAL PLUS A COPY )

Financial requirements

The bank statements did not show monthly payments to the account
(I DID SEND 6 MONTH BANK STATEMENT PLUS 6 PAYSLIPS
SHOWING THE MONEY IN EVERY MONTH)

PLEASE ANY advice or a letter will be appreciated

I would suggest that you (your wife) write something along the lines of:
I am requesting a Entry Office Manager review on my application. The reason for refusal was stated as the failure to submit the most recent 6 months bank statements, 6 months payslips and the divorce absolute certificate. These were all submitted with the application as re-submitted with this appeal.

The refusel actually was
No divorce certaficte not smbuted
Plus the officer can not see the payment in the statement
Mean there was statement bank and pay slips as well
But the officer couldn't find the payment on the bank statements! !!!! Which was clear on the bank statements
So this time I will highlight the payment so they can see the payment clearly

Yes highlight the payment on the statement. Write in your letter 'I have highlighted the statement to show the corresponding payment.'

I can't answer your second question, but I believe the applications are processed in France now and the decision making centre is in Paris and not in Rabat.

Just would like to know how long it take to any information letter from the tribunal after the first appeal
I did appeal on the first 1/2/2016
I did not hear anything yet
No letter no nothing

Any idea how the process go by
And how long it take for them to review the cases

Guys I'm going to appeal against disicion

Can I put my name (sponsor husband )the form if
appeal or has to be my wife name which is the applicant

if you are the non legal representative of your wife they will sent you the notice and any letter to both you and the applicant (your wife) , if you didn't do already it in the appeal form ask your wife to send an email to the tribunal with your info and to inform them that you are her non legal representative.

its can take up to 2 month , if the ecm overturned his decision he will contact you if not the tribunal will sent you a hearing notice after the deadline review ,have you got the notice of pending appeal yet?

you should email or call the tribunal and ask them about the status of your hearing and the notice of pending appeal that got the deadline review in it, normally they send it directly after the payment of hearing

you should email the home office too to ask about your appeal status don't worry if its said Islamabad in the address because i"am not from Pakistan and they answered me quickly .don't forget to fill in the same info form with you request
