Hey, this is FABULOUS news! And it's come way faster than you expected. Great, so now the worries can end and you can focus on your hospital trip and getting better asap.
May I ask, then, what documents and evidence the powers that be finally got to see, including what you sent this time and last time together? I think this will help a lot of people, and it will also help my partner and I as we are debating whether we can apply for this in June 2010 or whether we will have to wait till November. It sounds like they may be willing to accept various things that are less 'official', and if that's the case then we should be able to apply earlier (which would be wonderful!).
