Hey guys. I always cheak this forum but posting first time. My husband also applied on 25th june in mirpur. Going to be 12 weeks on 17th. Anyone showed selfemploment?? If yes what paperwork you showed?? Iv bin married for 5 yeard now have 2chidldren just hda

Need a number or email address to book a TB test. I called Gerry's but they said the following number is the only one they have:

111 466 472

And it is perpetually busy!

Congrats to all those who got their visas... Happy for you all, And to those who didnt, have faith and patience, im sure everything will work out very quickly..

Please make duas for me too, its like a heavy burden everyday and very stressful...

I applied in the first week of June - been 3 months and the count down has begun, Excited and terrified at the same time, please make duas.

i would like to say that got a letter from my mp saying that uk boader agencey processing time is 24 week not 29. on the website it says 24 weeks. i dont know why they have written 29 week in the email, justy making us confused. i should get a response at end of october.

It would be better if u just email them & request for an appointment.Their phone line is mostly busy.This is their email address

I think the next batch will now come through in 5 weeks time. My wife applied in Islamabad on 14/05/2012 and has yet to hear back.

I think we will Insallah be in the next batch. Make dua everyone.

U have applied 8 days after mine so I bet u will hear by mid week next week or Friday the latest InshAllah.

Its the most pain when u hear late on Friday and then u have the weekend to stress before u can pickup on Mon! lol but more time to pray I guess.

I made dua for u. Please do the same for me too.

I was just wondering if anyone was or is aware if you can be sent back once you get your visa. Basically i was told that 3 people were sent back to PK when they landed at the airport in UK. They had a visa and the right documents. the reason was that the staff/officers at the airport said that they couldnt speak fluent english and therefore the english test cert was fake. As a result they sent them back on the next flight without any evidence supporting their accusation.

I just wanted to know has this ever happened to anyone or do they have some kind of test or check your english speaking skills? im abit worried for my wife who isnt the best at english...

They take a working day or so to reply back.Tomorrow is a weekend so u will probably get a reply on monday

Don't wana scare u but my wife's visa was refused yday!!...

We applied on 19/03/12 (Karachi)

Visa refused!..

Alhamdulilah thanks to Allah its not a big issue ... It's about accomendation.. I didn't give ONE letter!!!... Only ONE .. From council to come n view the house .. But now Iv bought my own house alhamdulilah so should not b a problem .. Iv spoke with my mate who is a solicitor n his sorting it .. He says once it goes to appeal then the visa is defo granted ...

Sorry if I scarred u lot .. I pray Allah grants all visas...
Don't worry Farah it should b good news!!.. Inshallah .. An still praying n making Dua for all of u lot ....

I jus wanted to ask u no like urs is refused bcoz of accomodation..wen u appeal will they reconsider the whole application again eg lateset bank statements and that or just more proof about the refusal??? Please let me know im a bit scared now even though iv gt da inspection report letter. Salaam

Wasalamz ...Sidra lool my cussin name is also Sidra so I got a bit shocked when I seen ur name ... No they just look at the accomendation ... That's the thing i needed lool inspection report ... The other thing is n which I was scard of was I don't earn 13.250 lool .. So am happy in one sense if u no Wat I mean .. Iv got my mate sorting it out anyways he says 3-6 weeks more wait lool .. But just remember what Allah does is for the best...best of luck .. Also Allah is not going to leave the husband on one side of the world n the wife in the other ... Just have fate n stay possitive ... Also I got some advice from my teachers ... He said pray 2 rakaats salatul hagaaat .. Give sadakah .. Pray ya seen... N make Dua ..

Aw thnks fr ur advise. Wat im scared of is dat im selfemployed only so dats da only sorce of income i showed. I started in feb an gt all da hmrc registration and that even NI contributions. I gt 3 months statement from acountant showing aroung 1500 a montjh and 3 mnth bank statement. Im nt sure if being selfemployed will work out so scared. But i believe if Allah has gt it this far for us in 5 yrs den inshallah everythng will wrk out. Il pray wat u said fr sure will also mke dua fr ebryone. Isnt da appeal process around 6 mnthd?? Dats wat i heard?? Anyone in my position plz post even successfull aplicants thanks salaam
