VFS appointment confirmation emails not received

I applied yesterday for dependant child entry clearance visa and after booking the date for bio metrics at VFS website, I have not received any confirmation emails I logged into vfs account and tried to resend the confirmation it says "email pdf failed" while trying to print the confirmation says "something went wrong try again" I have tried it again today ie after 24hrs still same issue. Any help much appreciated.
