No First name on passport

I need assistance pls. my wife donot have first name ,holds only surname in passport. i am about to start filling spouse visa extension form. can you please advise how should i enter name ?

How did you fill the initial application for "leave to enter"? You might want to follow that similar pattern.

If she plans to obtain British Citizenship in future, you might also want to start considering what that would look like.
