Nurses - Language proficiency

Hi,
I am a BSc nurse from India. My husband got a permanent residence(PR) to Australia in skilled migration category. We are planning to move to Australia now. I want to know what is the language proficiency requirement for BSc nurses to work in Australia?

I heard from my friend that I need to score 7 in all four sections in IELTS. My language is not that good and I don't think I will be able to score 7 in all four. What is the easiest way to start working there?

Can you please answer following questions also.

1. What if I do some course there?
2. Can I work as temporary/ part time as nurse there?
3. If nothing is possible, can I work as Nursing assitant or any other post.
