Could anyone explain how to request SAR (Subject Access Request) from Home Office? many thanks

download and fill in the sar applicaion form and post it with a 10 pound postal order , they take about 21 days to reply and provide information you require

i dont have the exact link but you can get the form very easily ,just search google type "data protection unit ukba form sar" and go to the pdf. file link and thats the form. your welcome
