ILR Visa & Dependant Visa

Hello,

I have recently got married (18/01/14) and my husband has taken a PBS Dependancy on my current Tier 1 (General) Visa in March.

I will be elligible for my ILR by 15th May, so I will be using Set O form for my application.

However please can you advise how will my husband's visa work out:

1. He does not qualify yet for ILR, which form should we use for his dependency application?
2. I am looking to apply in person, therefore can we take 1 appointment for both of us or would we need 2 different appointments since our forms are different?
3. Lastly, if we take seperate appointments for both of us and if my biometric card doesnt arrive before his appointment will that be ok or would we have to wait until then?

Please can you advise me on the above questions?
