Missing documents supporting my AN form application

Post by phuszcza » Tue May 06, 2014 5:46 pm

Dear all - I will be happy if any one of you can help. Firstly: Does any one know how to submit missing supporting documents for AN application form to UKBA? I have had only a meeting with NCS representative and I have submitted my application through him today but I am afraid I have forgotten to submit my proof of comprehensive sickness insurance, which I do have but not submitted. How do I submit now that MISSING document???? Second: Do you guys know whether what I have been told by NCS representative is actually correct? As far as I know if I am a student - I need to provide my comprehensive sickness insurance proof together with my application but NCS (Nationality Checking Service) representative has assured me that I would need one only if I didn't have an ILR (I am EEA citizen) and since I have already received certificate certifying my permanent residence from Home Office, I don't need to provide any proof of having Comprehensive Medical Sickness Insurance. Is it so? Or have I actually scr**ed up by following this advice and NOT submitting any proof of comprehensive sickness insurance?

Any help will be appreciated, guys please - I cannot find any help on internet at all. How do I even submit missing documents for naturalisation application to UKBA?

The NCS are correct so long as you have had your PR card for 12 months or more (assuming you're not the spouse or civil partner of a British citizen).

Uffff..... Thank you so much for quick reply. No I am not spouse of British citizen and I think you just have saved me a heart attack ^_^. I feel much better and I will keep my fingers crossed since I have kept my permanent residence card for 2 years already. So it should be ok, I guess?

Cheers.
