Wife and child ILR

Hi Guys,

I am on Tier2 ICT and HR would be giving letters ( for ILR) only on the condition that should my H1B get approved, I commit to travel to US.

Giving the risks involved, of not coming back to UK and possibly wasting money on ILR withing 2 years, I am thinking of going for ILR only for me.

Can you please advise, what would happen to my dependents ( Wife, son who have stayed always with me and are Tier 2 Dependent) Visa status. Does it become invalid?

Their Visa is going to expire next year.

Would it be possible for them to get a Visa again and join me, should I come back to the UK? ( Possibly the ILR clock may reset for them , which is fine with me)
