PEO APPOINTMENT REFUNDS - OVERDUE

Hi I had booked a Tier 1 General Extension ,PEO appointment in March 2014 and cancelled it just after 2 days of booking.

I still have not received refunds. I have emailed them numerous times and also called them. All I get to here is to wait or send another email.

Has anyone been through this? Any suggestions are appreciated.
