Schengen Visa While on HSMP

Hi,

I am in UK on a HSMP now and am still on the lookout for jobs here. Can I apply for a Schengen visa while I am still not employed in the UK? Please clarify.

If you have FLR)HSMP) on your passort than, yes you can. But it could be not straight forward as nromally in the application form they are asking evidence either form universities of from employers.

You need to prove that you have enough money during your stay in the schengen countries. If you have a job you just need to have letter from your empoyers that you earn salary.
