Urgent Query on SET M form.

Post by dikey2809 » Mon Jul 14, 2014 10:03 am

Please assist me with the following questions regarding FLR M form for ILR for my wife:

The background of the case is My wife was in UK since 2004 on Student visa which was converted onto PSW in 2008. I was on Tier 1 visa, me and my wife has been living together since 2007. Also when I applied for her Tier 1 dependent visa in 2009 she was refused under deception charges. She went back to India in October 2010. Since than she was in India until she got Dependant visa as a spouse of a person settled in UK in July 2012. (I settled in UK in March 2012).
After July 2012 she is in UK and completed her 24 months stay and now applying for ILR.

2.5: How long have you been living in a relationship?
I have been in relationship since 2007. 7 years.

2.6: When did you begin living together?
Started living together since August 2012(When my wife came to UK). Or should I state that living together since 2007.

9.11: How long have you lived in the UK?
I have lived in UK since 2004 and state the time outside UK or just write that I have been living in UK since July 2012.

Please confirm.
Thanks,

Since you started living together, 2012, if that's right and you've been in UK since 2004. Rest look ok.
