Category A + Category C

If any expert highlight pls
Iam getting 16k as non salaried income and after 6 month it will be regarded in category A.
Then if i have 3K dividend in some company as dividend whwther it is possible to combine to hve threshold level.

Will be highly appreciated

i thought important to raise this coz its coming now that u cannot combine two incomes within category A or within category B to have threshold level met, as per FM-Guidance and the examples over there.

ppl confusing about category B, they shud pay attention that category B requires income to be met in two parts and in both parts the threshold level shud be there, that just to compensate time of less than 6 months not to get threshold level by more than one jobs, its clearly mentioned in examples over there. Category A requires the level met in only one job.

The examples and categories details clearly shows that that intra combination to hve level met is not possible but inter- category combination allowed to hve that level. Like u can combine category A with c or D.

will be highly appreciated

a lot of explanation about category A and category B depicts that there is no option in both categories to combine two jobs and hve threshold met like if u have 15K in one job and if u do other job 0f 4K to hve threshold met, its not possible.
in category A u shud hve one job of threshold level since 6 months

and in category B (less than 6 months or variable income) two parts shud be met and in both parts the threshold level shud be maintained, like if u having job of 19K since 3 months (first part is met that u having job of threshold level) but job is less than 6 months so second part shud be met that u must hve other job of threshold level within last 12 months so u can combine to compensate the less than 6 months period.
its clearly evident from the examples there in guidance.
and in variable income of photographer example its clearly evident that photographer shud met both parts of category B coz in 6 months she been earning threshold level and in last 12 months she been earning the threshold level.

There is no single explanation that u can combine two jobs to have threshold level. only thing u can combine categories to meet threshold level

so my question is that
i am getting 16K in my current job(and coz i cant do 2nd job to combine and hve level met) so as per guidance i can combine this category A with category C, like if i hve dividend from other comppany of 3K to combine and meet the threshold.

will be highly appreciated

Cat A and C can be combined. See 6.3 of Annex FM 1.7.

Thanks Amber fr ur prompt response.
Only thing pushed me to opt category C coz i got job of below threshold so i cannot combine other job of part time to meet the threshold.

So do u think its good i can hve dividend from other company or stock share to combine , coz i only need 2500 to £3000 to combine with my current 16K non salaried employment.
