Question about listing absences

Post by imitskavets » Mon Aug 04, 2014 9:07 am

Hi Experts,

I will be applying for permanent residency based on 5 years with a Tier 1 General visa. I was wondering if you could clarify something for me regarding the list of absences. I've noticed many of you are providing a separate spreadsheet and also including letters from employers to verify the purpose of business travel. If my absences over the past 5 years are 163 days in total, one of which was a business trip of 7 days and the rest of tourist purposes/part of annual leave, do I still need to do a separate spreadsheet outlining each absence and get something from my company to indicate what the purpose of that business trip was? Or do I not need to provide any of this, as the total days out of UK are under 180 in the past 5 years?

thank you very much in advance and sorry for rambling.

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could recommend a reliable solicitor or an expert to check over all the paperwork for Set (O) application for a reasonable fee in London, please?

thank you!
