Accommodation Evidence Regards to my Application

Hello

Can someone help me please in regards to my application for my wife and son settlement visa.

I live in a 2 bed room flat which i rented from a state agent. I have tenancy agreement, flat pics, deposit form, etc.. I share the flat with my friend although the flat has got an ensuit shower room plus 2 extra rooms and the falt is very spacious. I am the lead tenant according to the tenancy agreement, how ever the state agent put my friend's name as well on the agreement. The rent and all other bills have been paying through my account.

In the application VAF4A there is a question in Part 2 Accomodation and details that, Does anyone, other than your sponsor, live in the property?... I said yes and I filled his name up .

My question is do i have to take no objection letter from my friend or just have to take a letter from a state agent?

My other question is in regards to filling up the application, I am filling up my application by typing using pdf editor. could some please tell me can i do so? or i have to fill the application using black pen.

A letter from your estate agent/landlord is all you need.

This should be completed online if she is outside of the UK.

The form I am talking about is appendix 2 vaf4 dec 2013, Financial requirement form which we have to fill on paper. i am filling up using pdf editor. can i do so?
