what happens if upon entry the spouse and the sponser have minimum finacial requirement of £18,600 and then the sponser looses their job and they then have no income at all.can the sponser who is uk settled person claim benefits and involve the spouse on the bendfits or would the sponser just to have to claim as a single person as the spouse shouldnt have access to public funds.would she get deproted back to her country of origin.i have read nothing about loss of job/income regarding this.
