Bank letter

I have £50K in my business bank account, I got all the statement but the Barclay bank is refusing to give me letter to say the funds are disposal in the UK.
They are stating they can only issue letter according to there templates so can not give me the letter that I need.
Is this going to cause problem in my case?

Try in different branch or with different people. I had similar situation and at last I'd managed. They can put in their words like 'available to business anytime' or something like that. And had you taken a draft to show? it will help.

Is it necessary to show bank letter when the money is in UK under my business name, would statement not be enough.

Well, it is not mandatory and good to provide one. Guidance says evidence of fund/money and either of them will serve as evidence.

BTW, we had our full £50K in our personal account, not in business account at the time of application. So I wonder if you've clear-cut understanding in case they ask youl or may be you need any extra document, so I suggest u as blog fellow, you better to have a word with the experts in this regards.

As according to new guidance the money can not be in personal account and have to be in business.

That's what they told to me at first. I requested and had an appointment with Branch Manager, later he agreed and developed a sort of letter, also gave his visiting card and that worked for me. Hope you can get it too.
