Are my qualifications equivalence or not?

Are my qualifications equivalence or not?

If you please, I had my Bachelor degree in Medicine and surgery, 1998, from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Alexandria, Egypt.
And I had my Master degree in Anaesthesiolgy, 2004 from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Alexandria, Egypt.
I would like to know if these qualifications are equivalent to UK Bachelors and Masters or not. Could I claim 35 in the qualification section of the HSMP assessment??
