More than 180 days outside UK

Hi Everyone,

I already completed my 10 years. I came in Sep 2004. My 10 years time is (4 yr grad+2 yr PSW +4 yr PhD). My child is also born here on June 2008. I have visa till June, 2015. My only flaw is staying more than 180 days overseas for travel. The duration is June 3,2009-Feb 10,2010= 247 days. How do they see this problem? Any good advise on it? Please.

Did you have a valid visa when you were away?
