Payslips? Tier 1 to Infinite Leave to Remain

Post by betty2018 » Fri Nov 21, 2014 10:57 am

Hi,
I am eligible to apply Infinite Leave to Remain on 12 July 2015. Due to change of employment I can only provide 11 payslips from September 2014 (payment date 01 Oct 2014) to July 2015, which is 11 pieces of payslip. instead of 12 pieces in 15 month of period. If the total earning of these 11s exceed required amount, is it acceptable?

Do I require employment status all the way through 5 years under Tier 1? I have had a 10 month unemployment gap, but it is in the period which no document asked.

Many thanks

As long as you achieve your earnings target. Even 1 month payslip in enough.

10 months unemployment is not a problem from Tier1 -> ILR

Economically active does not mean you need to be employed for all 5 years. Say if you are a contractor then there will be times you cant find a contract for 6 months

Working is not mandatory when you are on Tier 1. As long as you can prove the earnings for last 1 year then that is enough.
