Tier1 case expedite request?

Post by MOGA84 » Mon Dec 01, 2014 12:17 pm

Hi ,
I applied for Tier 1 (2nd extension) 4 weeks ago via post and had biometric enrollment a week after. I plan to travel to home by 19th Dec and was wondering how I could send a case expedite request. I already booked tickets and worry about not receiving my passport and BRP by the time of leaving. Has anyone tried to or knows how to contact home office about Tier1 case expedites via email, fax or post? Please help with contact/emails addresses and other related details for such request.

Thanks All

If you have any genuine reason (need evidence), send a fax to Home Office. There is a chance that your application will be terminated(withdrawn) and you might loose your money, and you need to reapply once your return if you have existing validity.

One of my friend has similar situation, He had an emergency in india. And he is ready to withdraw his application and go to india. He included his local MP's letter, Luckily his application approved and HO sent back his passport and biometrics in 5 working days.

Thanks,
suresh

I went to the home office at Croydon few days for ILR same day appointment. They take my supporting documents and application along with and caseworker told me that they will check further things and will call me on the next day to collect the things. Its been now 3 days but i could not have received a call or post. Do you know how much time they will take more as i need to travel to my home country urgently.
