ILR dependent with less than 2 years in UK

Hello,

I am due to apply for my ILR in Feb2015 after completing 5 years of tier 1 general status, my wife has arrived to UK in 2014. Which dependent visa should I need to apply?
Is she qualifies for ILR dependent? => ILR dependent is same as ILR?

Or should i need to apply for any other visas?

Hi,

I am in slightly same situation but my visa expires in 2015 Mar, my wife had tier1 general dependent 2015 Mar she has arrived in UK this Feb 2014.

Does she quqlifies for ILR dependent or any other visa, pleas help?

@Satwick - what is your visa status?

Which dependent visa should I need to apply? She can continue to apply to extend her Tier 1 dependent on the PBS dependent form.
Is she qualifies for ILR dependent? => ILR dependent is same as ILR? No, ILR dependent and ILR are not the same. If she switches to ILR Dependent, which is the FLR(M) form, her clock for ILR will reset and she will have to start from zero to qualify for ILR.
