Child's BP under 1(3) Travel Query

Post by MN1_BP » Tue Dec 02, 2014 11:37 pm

Hi All,

I and my wife have been granted ILR recently.

I have also applied my child's registration as British under section 1(3) who was born in the UK in 2006 and waiting for the result.

We are planning to visit India this month and my query is whether he can travel using existing tier-1 dependent visa which is valid till 2016.

I was going through few other links from this forum and answer is "yes" but is there any official document where i can keep as a proof.

Thanks in Advance

He can only travel before 90 days from his British registration certificate issue date, if he travel after that, he will have to pay fine 150£ while surrendering his Indian passport.

No need to carry any documents..

All the best,
Uday
